Appointment & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and no show policies outlines on my Refund Policy page. By confirming a booking, you agree to the associated fees for late cancellations or missed appointments

For the best results, clients are expected to follow pre-appointment instructions. The Texture Studio LLC is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from a failure to follow recommended home-care routines or the use of nonprofessional products.

The Texture Studio LLC provides professional hair services in a licensed environment. We are not liable for any allergic reactions to products used if the client did not disclose known allergies prior to the service.
