Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At the texture studio i want you to love your results. While i do not offer cash refunds for services rendered, i am committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your results, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. i will offer a one-time complimentary adjustment session to ensure your hair meets your expectations.
Product Returns
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Used or opened products are final sale for health and safety reasons.
