cancellation policy
Each time a guest misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving that service. Therefore, the Texture Studio reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the total charges for booked services for all missed appointments (no shows) and appointments which are not canceled with a 48-hour advance notice. Thank you for your consideration.
Running Late?
We know that things happen. Our days do not always go as planned either. Our service providers want to provide the same professional level of service to each guest, so i may have to ask you to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 or more minutes late. Please contact me if you are running late so that I can try to accommodate you.
No sitter?
For safety and liability reasons, i ask that children not be left unsupervised in the salon.
Satisfaction policy
Did you not get quite the cut or color that you had hoped for? We know that you expect only the best from our service providers and so do i. If you are unhappy with any service, please call the salon within 7 days and we will make it right, at no additional charge to you. Please understand that if you go somewhere else or try to fix it yourself this policy will no longer apply.
